A simple sauce that is perfect for both summer BBQ’s and Italian inspired meals. This is an ‘all-in-one-bowl’ kind of recipe that is both quick and delicious. Except using it for a quick pasta dishes, I would also recommend you to try it with grilled salmon or drizzle some on your salad.
Ingredients
100g pine nut
60g fresh basil
6 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 lemon
Salt
Black pepper
Directions
Start with rinse the basil and peel the garlic. Put it in the blender with the remaining ingredients. Mix it all together until a smooth consistency. Done! Put in a glass jar and store in the fridge.
