Eating healthy and have cookies? Yes, please! These cookies are super simple to make. With one bowl you easily whips it together in no time. Ingredients used are the typical ones you´ll find in the pantry. The recipe makes around 6 cookies.
Gluten Free – Dairy Free – Refined Sugar Free – Vegan Friendly
Ingredients
1 banana ripe
50g gluten free oats
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. chia seeds
2 tsp. shredded coconut
1/2 tsp. grounded cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
20g dark chocolate
Pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat the oven on 180 degrees
- In a bowl mash up the banana with a fork
- Add honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, chia seeds, salt and coconut. Combine the ingredients well
- Add the oats and mix it around with the dough
- Lastly, add the chopped chocolate pieces and roughy combine with the rest
- Place baking paper on a try and spread out the cookie mixture into 6 cookies
- Put the try in the oven and let it cook for 18-20 min until they turn slightly golden
Tips: Once the cookies are baked. Let them cool down so the texture gets better.
