Warm weather is made for ice cream. It’s deliciously sweet & cools you down. Good thing is that you can still enjoy your favourite summer treat and be healthy at the same time! This recipe is super simple to make and has zero added sugar. Plus, it’s super yummy!

Ingredients
2 bananas
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of coconut milk
1 pinch of pink salt
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix together.
- Pour it all into a glass container or bread tin.
- Cover with foil before placing it in the freezer for 4 hrs.
- When it’s set, take it out and leave for 3-4 minutes before serving it
- Top up with crushed nuts, grated chocolate or chocolate sauce, or maybe more peanut butter.
Note: it melts quickly so make sure you got all your topping ready!
